Marianne Wu


Marianne is the President of GE Ventures, based in Menlo Park, CA.

She is responsible for the company’s overall investment strategy spanning manufacturing & supply chain, energy & mobility, and healthcare & life sciences. Her team also creates strategic optionality for GE by investing in potentially disruptive products and services across machine learning, robotics, autonomy, security and IoT.

Marianne holds a Ph.D. in Engineering from Stanford University and earned her Bachelor’s degree from the University of British Columbia, where she also serves on the advisory board.
